omg!!!Why cant i download question paper or marksheme anything ..?!?!...what is wrong ..HELP PLEASE!!!!..it keeps showing "you dont ve da permision to see the attached file "...when i am clearly online and loged in!..:S:S

yes i dont know why but i cant download anything !!!!....i really really have to download some question paper i have exams can you please tell me what seems to be the problem ?!!
